How are you? I'm Cindy Maguire.
First of all, thanks for stopping by to find out more about me. Pretty much, what you hear and see is what you get with me. I was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and grew up listening to the old Q107. Every day that I go to work, I still have to look back and think...wow!....I'm the voice that people are hearing now. I love my job and wouldn't trade it for the world. I've worked at MIX 107.3 since September of 1998. Some of you may have even woke up and turned me on in the morning when I was the Producer of the Jack Diamond Morning Show. Now, I hope you go to bed with me every night since I am on MIX from 7pm til midnight every week night.
Secondly, I am a mother of two beautiful girls (you can see them in my photo album) and I live in West-by-God Virginia and make that lovely commute every day. I am going to add my disclaimer here - I just live there, I'm not from there. I moved to WVA in 1996 and just decided to call it home. People ask me every day if I have thought about moving closer, but since Natalie (my 16 year old) and Jacqueline (my 12 year old) are so involved with the community I would hate to uproot them now. Natalie is in 11th grade and will most likely be play softball in the spring (again). Jacqueline is in 6th grade and is planning on playing softball for the the local Little League this spring.
And finally, if I didn't live where I do now I would have never reconnected with the man in my life. Todd would have only been a part of my past and not my future which I am really looking forward to sharing with him. You can see how happy we are in some of the pics in my photo album.

This picture was sent to me a while ago by a friend of mine, but it still amazes me when I look at it. Look very closely to really see the picture. The camels you first see are NOT the actual camels - that is their shadows.
Sure sign of summer... I took this picture in my backyard - first lily of the season.
