Tommy caught up with Joe at the Hart Senate Office Building for a Special Olympics and Best Buddies event.  Before watching the sun set on the Capitol Building Dome this JoBro ran on the National Mall with Special Olypmians, lobbied members of the House and Senate, and was followed by a herd of tweens.
