A 30-year-old woman who fell off the chair on which she was dancing at a New York City club last July is suing the nightspot's owners.

According to the New York Post, Angeliese Adams is seeking unspecified damages, claiming she was hurt because she was forced to dance on the chair last July because Lavo promotes a "disco-like atmosphere" but doesn't have a dance floor.
