Like most Redskins fans, I was very excited and anxious about yesterday's playoff game against the Seahawks. I knew we were underdogs going in...and I also knew that RG3 wasn't 100%. I tried to take my mind off the game (earlier in the day) by breaking in my new CAKEPOP pan.
Don bought me this pan for Christmas so I could start making cakepops.
I decided to make BURGUNDY AND GOLD cakepops before the game...and I even added some festive sprinkles. I'm happy to report they turned out GREAT...
After I made the "Hail Pops", Don and I headed downstairs to watch some football. Of course Kookla wore her lucky jersey too...
Unfortunately, the Skins lost (don't even get me started on RG3's avoidable knee injury)...but I'm happy that the Ravens won their game. At least ONE local team is still on the road to the Superbowl.
