Don and I received a great Christmas gift from his brother Joe again this year. He signed us up for Harry & David's "Fruit of the Month Club." Each month, we receive a different box of delicious fruit. Last month, it was Harry & David's famous pears...and this month we received MY personal favorite: HONEYBELLS!

Honeybells are a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit. It has a honey-sweet flavor and in incredibly JUICY. It's so juicy, in fact, that they send a couple of plastic bibs with in the package. Honeybells have the distinction of being the world's only "limited edition" fruit, because their available only for a short time during the winter harvest.

As soon as the box arrived, I put on the plastic bib and enjoyed my first honeybell of the year...

Next month's delivery will include PEARS. I can't wait!
