Don and I have been Capitals season ticket holders for three years, so we were THRILLED when we found out the NHL lockout was finally OVER. We couldn't wait until the schedule finally came out.

I've never attended a Caps training camp before, but I wanted to go this year to show my support. Don and I arrived at Kettler Capitals Iceplex on Sunday morning to watch the guys run drills as they prepare for the upcoming season. The stands were PACKED with Caps fans who were obviously just as excited as we were.

I immediately spotted a couple of my favorite players...

The Caps season opener is on January 19th against Tampa Bay...and their HOME OPENER is on January 22nd against Winnipeg. I can't wait to ROCK THE RED again at the Verizon Center. GO CAPS!
