Virginia Hospital Center was the first NAPBC-accredited breast center in Virginia and Washington, DC, and one of the first breast centers nationwide to receive the esteemed distinction by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). Administered by the American College of Surgeons, the NAPBC is a new program that sets rigorous standards for breast cancer care. Congratulations and thanks to all those who played an instrumental role in achieving this outstanding accomplishment in an effort to provide our patients with the best experience and best outcomes.
