Unlike most people who live in the DC area...I'm actually FROM here. I was born in Northwest, DC and raised in Vienna, Virginia. I'm first generation Armenian-American. Shortly after graduating from Mary Washington College (now it's University of Mary Washington), I worked as a reporter/anchor on WMAL (our sister station) before joining "The Jack Diamond Morning Show" on MIX 107.3 in 1998. After getting up at 2:30am for over ten-years (and having a pathetic social life because of it)...I switched to working afternoons with Carson. I hope you check us out from 3-7pm at work, or on your ride home. We will do our best to entertain and inform you!

A little more about me...I'm a book worm (I read at least one novel a week). My favorite book is "To Kill a Mockingbird". I'm addicted to "Lost", "Grey's Anatomy", "Rescue Me", and "Heroes"...don't even think about calling me during those shows! My favorite movie of all-time is "Rocky." I love hanging out with friends at various lounges and bars in town on weekends (most likely with a glass of red wine in hand :).  My favorite vacation spot is the Carribean...nothing compares to that water. My celebrity crushes include George Clooney, Andy Garcia, or Ed Burns. Oh, and one more thing...I don't have any special talents, but I can make killer Baklava (that should count for something right?)
